Thank you for shopping at Majum-E-Prash. We dispatch orders for our Ayurvedic products with care. This Shipping Policy explains shipping methods, delivery timeframes, charges, tracking and other related information.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. During peak seasons or sale events processing time might take up to 3 business days.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions and shipping destination. Occasionally we offer free shipping on selected offers—see the product page or cart for promotions.

Courier Partners & Tracking

We work with trusted courier partners. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email and SMS with the tracking number so you can follow the delivery progress. If you don’t receive tracking info within 48 hours of order confirmation, please contact our support team.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be restricted for shipment to specific regions due to local regulations. In such cases our team will contact you and suggest alternatives or cancel the order with a full refund.

Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure the shipping address, PIN code and phone number are correct at checkout. If a courier attempts delivery and cannot reach you, they may return the package to us—return shipping charges and restocking fees might apply for re-shipment.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery for lost items). We will initiate an investigation with the courier and offer a replacement or refund depending on the outcome.
