Return & Refund Policy

At Majum-E-Prash we strive for your complete satisfaction. Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we have a clear returns policy to protect both our customers and product integrity.
Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items.
- Products must be unopened, unused and in original packaging for returns to be accepted for exchange or refund.
- For items that are part-used due to accidental damage during transit, please contact support and we will assess the case individually.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons—opened consumables and personalized items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective on arrival.
How to Request a Return
- Email our support team within 7 days at support@neuroveda.com with your order number, photos (if applicable) and reason for return.
- Our support team will review and provide return instructions and the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Ship the product back following the provided instructions — retain proof of shipment until the return is processed.
Refunds & Replacements
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- For replacement requests, we will dispatch a replacement after we confirm the returned product condition.
- Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect items).
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before dispatch. If the order has already been dispatched, follow the return process above.
